POP se encuentra cerca del final de su vida y tiene un ultimo deseo: quiere que uno de sus hijos se case y le de un nieto. Ante el lecho de muerte, uno de los hermanos, JEFF, se compromete a llevar a cabo su ultima voluntad. El problema es que JEFF esta en el seminario, ¡preparandose para sacerdote! Como no quiere defraudar a su padre, Jeff abandona el seminario y se embarca en una nueva aventura repleta de disparatadas citas con excentricas mujeres. Jeff esta decidido a encontrar una mujer con la que casarse y llevar el deseo de su padre de fundar una familia y perpetuar el apellido familiar.
