Descripcion:
Jonathan Ames (Jason Schwartzman), un infatigable escritor de Brooklyn con problemas con la bebida, trata de superar la ruptura con su novia reinventando su vida. En un arrebato, Ames decide emular a sus idolos novelistas Dashiell Hammett y Raymond Chandler convirtiendose en detective privado ofertando sus servicios a través de un anuncio.
