Hoy te apetece volver a ver una película que tienes grabada en un CD o DVD pero, a la hora de reproducirla te das cuenta que tu reproductor de DVD no puede con ella. Pruebas con el reproductor de tu PC y se ve pero mal, en especial cuando trata de reproducir las escenas que, aparentemente, se encuentran en zonas dañadas o ilegibles del DVD o CD.
Para solucionarlo, habrá que hacer una nueva copia de tu DVD o a partir del fichero de vídeo a un nuevo CD pero, …¿y si has dejado el DVD a un amigo, o bien ya no tienes el fichero de vídeo en tus unidades de disco? El último as que te queda es usar una aplicación como Durable Copy.
Durable Copy recuperará los ficheros situados en las zonas físicamente dañadas de tus CD y DVD, copiándolos directamente a uno de tus discos duros, rescatando de esta forma el fichero en su totalidad. Además, podrás hacerlo directamente desde el menú contextual del sistema.
Evidentemente, valga decir que ni intentes rescatar el contenido de un disco pisado por un rebaño de búfalos pero, en el otro 95% de los casos, es muy probable que Durable Copy rescate gran parte de los ficheros dañados en el CD o DVD y recobre la integridad de su contenido.

Durable Copy is a new application which allows you to copy files containing unreadable sectors. For clear idea we are giving here two examples. For instance, you have got a CD or DVD with a certain interesting movie. You wish to watch this movie but can't do it because the disk contains unreadable sectors, and it is read badly.
At that, your computer either reads this disk not properly or can't read only some sectors in it. At a time when broken sectors draw near, then depiction begins to be very unsteady. Surely, your pleasure from viewing the movie disappears.
You wish you were able to copy this movie to your computer' hard disk and to watch the movie from there but, for example, some files somewhere in the middle of this disk are not read totally. In this case, the Durable Copy would be useful for you.
And here is another example on which cases you can use the Durable Copy. You have got backup copies of your important text files but a certain part of your archives is unreadable, unfortunately.
Moreover, all programs which usually work with broken files refuse to work with your backup copies because of these files are physically damaged. Again, the Durable Copy can help you because it is destined for reading physically damaged files precisely.
