LA NUEVA TEMPORADA!
ESTRENO 14 DE OCTUBRE EN FOX
En esta anticipada nueva temporada, Rick Grames (Andrew Lincoln) y el resto de supervivientes continúan su batalla para sobrevivir frente a la amenaza de los caminantes y de los grandes peligros que representan también los vivos. La cuarta entrega contará con 16 episodios que se emitirán en dos partes: una primera entrega de 8 episodios que se estrenará el lunes 14 de octubre y una segunda parte, que volverá en febrero de 2014.
Rick y al resto del grupo trabajarán para poner en marcha una nueva comunidad bajo la aparente seguridad de la cárcel en la que viven. Lamentablemente, en este mundo salvaje, la felicidad dura poco y los caminantes y otras amenazas externas acechan peligrosamente al otro lado de los muros. La casa del grupo y su nueva manera de vivir serán puestos a prueba constantemente y su lucha por la supervivencia nunca habrá sido tan peligrosa. La cuarta temporada también introducirá algunos nuevos persones que incluyen a Bob Stookie (Lawrence Gilliard Jr., “The Wire”).
ANTERIORMENTE....
"The Walking Dead” está ambientada en un futuro apocalíptico con la Tierra devastada por el efecto de un cataclismo, que ha provocado la mutación en zombies de la mayor parte de los habitantes del planeta.
La trama sigue a un grupo de humanos supervivientes, comandados por el policía Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln – “Love Actually”), encargado de buscar un lugar seguro en el que poder vivir. La serie, como el cómic, explora las dificultades de los protagonistas para sobrevivir en un mundo poblado por el horror, así como las relaciones personales que se establecen entre ellos, en ocasiones también una amenaza para su supervivencia. Los personajes se enfrentan a todo tipo de retos y, sobre todo, a la constante presencia de la muerte, lo que les hará aún más fuertes para sobrevivir.
La serie ya ganó un Emmy por el maquillaje, y una nominación al Globo de Oro por la mejor serie dramática de televisión, entre otros premios.
